Sculpvia Return & Refund Policy

At Sculpvia, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

Return Eligibility – U.S. Customers

We accept returns of unworn, unused clothing items with original tags attached and clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
Exchanges are not accepted. Customers must request a return for a refund and place a new order if needed.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the first day begins once tracking shows “delivered”).
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund.
For split package orders, the 7-day return window begins once the final package in the order is marked as delivered.

Conditions

Orders returned without meeting the above requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged/defective item.

Processing Returns

Please allow 5–7 business days from the time we receive your return to process it.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. If you paid via credit card, debit card, or PayPal, please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
